If wood arrives wetter than the agreed ±0.5% tolerance, we don't argue. We send a surveyor. If we missed the mark, we cover the local kiln-drying costs or replace the stock.
Yes. We link full FSC/PEFC Chain of Custody docs to your specific invoice before the shipment arrives. Your compliance team gets what they need without chasing us.
We don't expect you to buy blind. For new species or custom profiles, we send courier samples so you can check the grain and density before committing to a container.
Common stock (Oak, Pine) ships immediately from Dubai. Specific exotics from Africa/South America need 4-6 weeks production plus transit. We give you a hard date upfront.
Seafood Division
We use "Smart Containers" with independent power units. If the container sits on a dock for three days, the cooling keeps running. We monitor remotely 24/7 and deploy local agents if temps spike.
